Record a short video of yourself dancing. Upload your video via your own Instagram or TikTok grid.

Entries made by video qualify as a triple entry – meaning the entrant’s name is entered three times into the prize draw thus gaining triple the chance of winning. Entries made via comments qualify as one entry only.
One winner will be chosen via automated prize draw. This person will be contacted via the social account they used to enter in order to obtain their email address. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 14 days of the closing date.

The winner will receive £10,000 in cash and one year’s supply of Lindahls Protein milks and cheeses. For the purposes of this promotion, a “year’s supply” shall consist of a maximum of 200 units of Lindahls Protein products, to be provided in such quantities and at such intervals as determined by the Promoter. The prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No alternative will be given except in the event of the stated prize being unavailable, in which case the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be notified by email on or before 2nd September 2026. The winner must reply within 48 hours to confirm their UK delivery address and bank details to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be offered to the next eligible entrant.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact winners. If winners cannot be contacted or fail to claim the prize within 2 days of first being contacted, the prize will be forfeited and offered to another entrant.
By entering, entrants agree for their video and any images to be used and shared by Lindahls across its social media channels and marketing materials for marketing and promotional purposes, without further payment. Winners may be required to take part in publicity activity.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw where reasonably necessary for the proper administration of the promotion or where circumstances arise beyond its control. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the operation of the prize draw or acts in an unsportsmanlike/disruptive manner.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly from any entrant’s participation in the prize draw or from any prize.
