To prove it, we’ve teamed up with a panel of experts – including psychologist and movement expert Doctor Dance and fitness extraordinaire Alice Liveing to show that the UK is officially a nation that finds joy through dance. And now, we want YOU to join the movement.
Simply share your favourite moves with us for the chance to win £10,000 in cash AND a whole year’s supply of Lindahls Protein products. The best bit? Your moves might be featured on Lindahls’ social channels, inspiring even more people to get active.

How to enter:
Record a short video of yourself dancing. Whatever style or moves feel right for you– all moves welcome. Upload your video via your own Instagram grid.

How to enter:
To enter the competition, entrants must be resident in the UK and aged 18 or over.
Entrants must:
Record a short video of their best “Good Mover” dance
Upload it via their own Instagram page as a main feed grid post (Instagram stories do not qualify).

Entries open at 09:00 (UK) on 17th May 2026 and close at 23:59 (UK) on 10th August 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
Video entries must be made via an Instagram in feed postand be 15–60 seconds long. Any entries made via Instagram story will not be counted.
Entries made by video qualify as a double entry – meaning the entrant’s name is entered twice into the prize draw thus gaining double the chance of winning. Entries made by Instagram comments qualify as one entry only.
One winner will be chosen by a panel of judges from all valid entries based on creativity, originality and feel-good appeal. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 14 days of the closing date.
By entering the competition, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries. No responsibility can be accepted for any technical failures or unauthorised intervention in any part of the entry process, nor for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of this competition or the processing of entries.
Entries must not contain material that, at the Promoter’s sole discretion: (a) is inappropriate, offensive, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, derogatory or anything similar; (b) breaches the intellectual property rights of any third party; or (c) may promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promote discrimination.
Entrants warrant that their entries are their own original creation and have not been copied from any other person.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Eligibility: The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18+, except: (a) employees of the Promoter; (b) any businesses involved or associated with the competition; (c) the Promoter’s agencies (including parent or affiliate companies); and (d) immediate family members and household members of anyone listed above.
The Promoter may require proof of eligibility including photo ID for proof of age.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Internet access is required.
The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are: (a) automatically generated by a computer; (b) completed by third parties or in bulk; (c) illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or copied; or (d) submitted under a false name, address or with inaccurate/misleading information.
Prize: The winner will receive £10,000 in cash and one year’s supply of Lindahls Protein milks and cheeses. The prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No alternative will be given except in the event of the stated prize being unavailable, in which case the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be notified by email on or before 20 August 2026. The winner must reply within 48 hours to confirm their UK delivery address and bank details to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be offered to the next eligible entrant.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact winners. If winners cannot be contacted or fail to claim the prize within 2 days of first being contacted, the prize will be forfeited and offered to another entrant.
Publicity and content use:By entering, entrants agree for their video and any images to be used and shared by Lindahls across its social media channels and marketing materials, without further payment. Winners may be required to take part in publicity activity.
Data protection:Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and used only for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize, unless entrants opt in to receive marketing. General:The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition if circumstances arise beyond its control. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the operation of the competition or acts in an unsportsmanlike/disruptive manner.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly from any entrant’s participation in the competition or from any prize.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
